Artist painting on-site and cows for everyone to see
World-renowned artist Eric Waugh will design and paint an original image on a full-size fiberglass cow in front of a local audience for CowParade Atlanta. Once complete, the cow will become part of a herd of 200 that will delight Atlantans. Eric will continue the night with a musically inspired painting on canvas. This exciting form of entertainment captures the awe of both art and music lovers. By transferring musical notes to canvas life, Waugh's imagination brings to life a new form of artistic expression. Since Eric Waugh's transition from graphic to fine art in 1988, he has sold more than 17,000 original paintings and thousands of fine arts prints. Also known for his charitable work, Eric created "Hero," the world's largest painting on canvas by a single artist, as certified by Guinness, for the benefit of Camp Heartland and the Starlight Foundation. Eric has been featured on CNN, The Today Show, Good Day Atlanta, and People magazine as well as numerous other newscasts and newspapers.
